In preparation for the National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation, the Wyland Foundation and Toyota are sponsoring a National Water Conservation Tour during March and April.
The tour aims to teach people how and why water conservation and recycling contribute to a sustainable planet. Suggestions will be given to help residents reduce their water usage.
The Wyland Clean Water Mobile Learning Experience is a travel interactive exhibit. The one thousand square foot exhibit will visit schools and community events across the country. The Learning Experience uses interactive models, such as an onboard running river and a forty-seat theater with special effects, to examine how the United States uses water.
The National Water Conservation Tour starts March 5 and continues through April 16.
The tour schedule:
March 5 – Houston
March 8 – San Antonio
March 14 – Atlanta
March 20 – New York
March 26 – Detroit
March 29 – Chicago
April 5 – Denver
April 10 – Phoenix
