		<description>This is pretty upsetting. Thanks for posting it. This seems like an argument for legalization -- marijuana should be regulated and grown in a more responsible way, given the volume of demand for it. Or you could argue the other way, I guess, that it means we need to crack down on the suppliers more.

I wanted to point out, since the rat poison sales are Per capita, the population doesn&#039;t affect it -- I&#039;m sure larger cities sell far more rat poison in total than Mendocino.</description>
